Like me, most women I know are busy.

With endless checklists and to-do lists and grocery lists, one day runs into the next and one laundry load follows another. With days filled with tasks, it’s really easy to lose our sense of purpose and joy.

Often as our lives progress and spouses and children enter the picture, many of the hobbies and activities we used to enjoy—life-giving things—get lost in our day-to-day busyness. But when we give up those things, we aren’t just losing the thing; we are losing a part of ourselves.

In this video tip, I remind you that God created you on purpose, with a purpose. Even in the midst of the daily chaos, it’s important that you make time to get back to you.
